backlink in the footer

hi
I have a blog pagerank2
and i created a new blog 5 days ago
I put the backlinks of the second blog in the first blog, I put it in the footer, is good?

footer is usually the worst place to put it. Why not as a widget in the blogroll at the top of your sidebar? It'll pass PR there, it won't pass PR in the footer.

Never insert your links in widgets, it can kill your site. So no footer, no blogroll, no sidelinks, no header, no hidden links.

Get only one-piece links, like from blog posts.
