    Hi,

I do some backlink in blogs and forums and I noticed that when I put picture on a post and this picture is a link to my website I don't get nofollow tag. But if I put a normal href link the blog tag it nofollow...

So my question is... Is that images links are good for SEO or is google don't care?

    Thank you.

It will be recognized as a link but obviously won't be passing any "relevance" (anchor text).

Image links are always part of a solid backlink profile. The text surrounding the image matters as well as the entire page content. Anchors are not needed and that's good for link diversification.

Yes, image links are counted as a backlinks in the view of Google. Infographics is the best example for this. It has been one of the best method to get quality backlinks from high authority sites now a days.
