Google ignores those backlinks... If you have good rankings and traffic you dont need to worry if rankings drop then disavow it...

They assume that site owners who check their SEO stats would be interested in who links to them, hence the "Get High quality Backlinks".
If you're a noobie SEO you might actually buy some of their links.
It's just a numbers game.
Check the anchor text, usually it's something along the lines of getting backlinks or improving SEO.

Yeah i know. I am just afraid it will do harm to my site, that's why i want to know if there is way to stop this.

Just ignore them.
Pretty much every site gets them.
Don't be afraid, you'll be wasting energy worrying about those links.
Energy that could be better spent.
