If you publish a firefox extension the profile will become public, otherwise, the profile stays private (not accessible without an account) meaning, it's worthless for SEO purposes.

Are you sure that crawlers can discovered it?

If i try to access in incognito mode the page is not visible so i gather that googlebot wont access it does not?
 
Profile is not visible. You need to publish the extension for the profile to show.
 
those backlinks is do follow and yes you need to put an extesion to mak it public it's easy you can search github for some XPI code sources and add it to your account it's verry easy
 
Does this only apply to Websites English Lunguage ?
