Backlink Exchange proposal received. Please advise.

Hi guys,

I was contacted by a big website in my niche (3K RD, 55 DA, 6M pv/mo) proposing me a backlinks exchange. It is very tempting to get a link from such a domain, but Google does not approve backlinks exchange. What would you do?

Yeah Exchange is not good to your blog. Google not love the exchange links.
