Backlink Creator bot - recommodations?

I got several cheat selling websites and want to puchase their ranking, and after it also keep this rank. I purchased links at first but also want to provide own backlinks in small amount for the long term.

I saw that there are many backlink creator bots. Some of them posts in various blog sites, some create blogs and some comment on sites. From competitors i saw that they got many pages like own blog on a wordpress site.

Which tool is best suitable for this? Does it really increase the ranking or just makes the domain dull.

Put them on a Tier 2 and diversify, not on your money site.

As i have understood it works like

Tier 1 backlinks Tier 2 which backlinks the main site. There is also Tier 3 just as a extra step if needed?
Is it simple to do? Which tools are requiered
