one of my competitors has this kind of backlinks..how he managed to do it ? is from every country..has on each country a point on maps?

Hey ignore these crappy redirect backlinks mate. They are good for nothing.

These backlinks do not help with good ranking, but are only used to manipulate the third party metrics like DA and DR.

First thing you should do is - ignore these backlinks, and
second thing you should do is - never ever build such crap links for your own money site.

Those redirect links do nothing for the site except make less-savvy competitors checking it's backlink profile go 'wow! how did they get a link from Google!'

Yes. They sold these backlinks with the promise to increase third party metrics in like 7 or 15 days.
They must really think Google is very stupid.
