Hello I am looking for a backlink checker tool that gets all backlinks out of competitors. please who knows a good one should report.

Not recommended to use tools for creating backlinks. Manual link building methods will work for longer run. You use tools like GSA for tier links. Not for the money site
 
Ahrefs can help to check competitor backlinks. I don't think its possible to get good backlinks from using tool, you need to build it manually.

Use those automated backlinks only for tier 3, not for tier 1 it will harm the site.
 
Newbie Blogger's to Seniority Blogger's all are they suggest nowadays (ahrefs, semursh and rankerx) Cheer up!!!
 
Ahrefs or Majestic - together they can expose many PBNs :D
 
My suggestion will be Ahref and Majestic. These are more useful when compared to others.
