Backlink building.

    Hello,

    I have exact keyword domain (ex insomniasymptoms.com) I use wordpress and wrote an article using insomnia symptoms keyword. I want that my article hits the google first place for insomnia symptom keyword, do i have to create backlinks to my article or to domain?

    Fair question, I have not really thought about this question before but now that you mention it, it has me interested as well. I assume if you back link to the article itself, the article will be the one to rank higher in google, etc. Which is still good, because if they find your article, then at least they are on your site.

    But, like I said, I am interested in finding the answer for this, too.

    You really should build a network of backlinks to both your article on WP as well as your domain... building backlinks to your article will give it a higher rank in the serps as well as give the link in that article more link juice to your domain.

    Always promote your articles with backlinks as you want them ranked high and you want to get some PR to them.
