I would go with Social Media Coverage first.
Get the tool out there, if it proves useful, it should get shared around quite alot
You can pump it with Niche Edits/Guest posts, or very well designed/taken care of PBNs when you feel like.
A online website utilities tool, you would want to stay "as long as possible", since it's pretty evergreen.
Unless you are looking into the burn and churn options.

for tier 1 backlinks neither of those. Manual backlinks in guest posts / quality PBNs on sites relevant to your niche is the way to go. There's a few good sellers in this forum's marketplace who can provide those.

That really depends on your niche and websites language mainly,
ideally, building manual web 2.0s, crown links with tier 2 automated links (Rankerx, GSA, Xrumer contextual), high-quality PBNs (private made or some really HQ), Niche Edits/Guest posts
this will give you the most of link juice and diversity if you play around them

His thread is closed.
The site is not what it used to be.
It's just weird that someone with a new profile on their first post goes for "site/50% off price/coupon code"?
User @seslingshots was banned/2021!
They have Gary Vaynerchuk, Brian Dean, and Neil Patel quotes with some nice words about the site, on their homepage, but I can't find a single thing on Google, which is another huge question mark.
Anyway, maybe I'm wrong... Who knows...
