    So I've been doing some link building, via blog commenting using tools
    This morning one of the blog owner got pissed for the track back and notified my affiliate manager. I was warned about spamming.

    So how often do you run into situation like this? Or do you take different strategies for affiliate based money sites? Any comments are welcome

    Any backlinking you do is bound to direct spammers/bots/crawlers to the site. You either tell them to suck it up or disable comments/trackbacks. If your affiliate manager is not ok with it you can't do your job.

    blog commenting is now considered low-end backlinks. You really need to diversify your backlink strategy.

    1. high end backlinks go straight to your domain.
    2. mid-level backlinks go to your buffer sites
    3. low end backlinks go to your social and article sites/backlinks

    1. High end = Money Site
    2. Mid = Buffer site -> Money Site
    3. Low = Social/Article -> Buffer -> Money Site

    Scrapebox --> Web 2.0 --> Cloacked 301 (only allow bots) --> Money site = WIN :D

    OR

    Scrapebox --> Web 2.0 --> 301 DOMAIN--> Money site = WIN :D
    ...Wait 3 days then activate the redirect. This way pissed off webmasters think your website is dead.

    I have a custom backlink blaster that I built and use for my own promotions, however, I do two things differently and highly suggest them to you know:

    1. Make sure you actually send these blasts to a LEGITIMATE content page, that leads the reader into your sales page funnel passively, as a suggestion...think of it like article/review style work. This is Not an outlet for direct sales page linking anymore, as that is a waste of time.

    Building backlinks to your content also builds serious linkjuice for your site, instead of leaving you de-indexed, sandboxed, slapped or otherwise.

    2. Make sure to occassionaly send thank you emails to sites that allow you to consistantly backlink your sites to them and give the exchange in your own links/partners/affiliates/associates pages in your sites. This will give you more authority with the search engines and more respect and less hassle from the backlink source owner.

    Just slow down and think about this stuff and what you are doing before you do it and cancel as many of the wrongs that result from your right. This stuff is too easy to do without breaking any rules, leaving a happy life merely bending them with a little legitimate tweak to the process like what is mentioned here.

    Best of luck...and for Pete's sake, get out of your own way and stop causing yourself more trouble. Lesson learned, act on this experience from now on.

    I actually used no hands seo.
    The problem wasn't overly blasting, only posted about 30 comments to different blogs. it just happened one of the comments was made to a web design related blog and the blog owner knows the stuff so he directly contacted the affiliate company attaching company's terms about spamming. I have to admit he really knows his stuff and actively maintain his blogs so he catches this right away.

    I think a lesson to me is don't mess with actively maintained blogs especially if blog owners know affiliate seo and spamming tactics. If it happens for a few more times then I'm done or this affiliate.

    Life is tough :(

    Don't lose hope, as others reply don't use tools like NHS directly to money site. If you wan't quality and careful comments do it manually.
