I received this interesting contact form submission from my website today

I trust you making correct decision Sir. I giving you 7 days. If I getting link from you, I will also add a back-link to mywebsite.com on https://greenroads.com/collections/cbd-edibles-gummies

Should I be concerned?

I saw this before - it seems is mass mail.
What i would do:

1. Ignore it - do not reply - this Sir is not able to spam blast with backlinks all the sites he is sending this email.

2. Contact registrars of these 2 domains mentioned in email - show them this mail.
123-reg.co.uk and Godaddy

3. Contact hosting providers of these 2 domains mentioned in email - show them this mail.
First domain is used as shopify whitelabel i think: https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/23.227.38.32
Second domain is hiding under Cloudflare.

Spam email. No company/agency will mention their address and website to do this, lol.

getting these spam emails daily.
