Hello,

Are social bookmarking, web directory and Angela paul type links work after Panda and Penguin???
looking forward to everyone.

yes they are working but now they are not very help full for every site
now web 2.0 and blogcommenting are very helpful for sites
 
Those are virtually useless now. They are only useful as tier 3 links and there's a better way to build them - using GSA SER.
 
Whatever which worked in the past, still works!

Now its your choice. Either you listen to the BS spread all over the internet or you do your own tests.

Believe me, everything still works same way.

What? I've tested do-follow commenting services here and aren't working. No SERP results.
It is important to have these links but only to diversify your link popularity, nothing else.

Note: the test was done on 2 different sites in different niches and with different Seo metrics.
 
They won't help you too much. Now you need to think about web 2.0, high quality content, high PR forum backlinks.
These are effective after Panda and Penguin.

Contextual links and high pr do follow blog comments is all you need to rank in 2014! ;)
 
honestly one of my sites got destroyed after penguin, and i never used black hat techniques for SEO, all generic
