Hello,

Few of my blogs got message in WMT - Thin content

But these blogs have good DA/PA and few have PR..CAn you use these domain to link my new domains ??

I want to ask... only content is thin..what about Backlinks to new domains ?? Is it safe to link new domains ?

you can try 301 redirect to new domain, and once it has some sort of penalty it wont show up in serp's so it dont matter how good backlinks it has.

Old domain have penalty "Thin-content" Only.

SO there are two options for me.

1:- I will make new domain and delete my old one completely & 301 redirect to new domain
2:- I will make new domain with new content and get backlink from old domain.

Is thin-content penalty also passes to new domain?? if i 301 redirect my old domain to new domain ?

It is better to have Great content on old sites, can you imagine if that happens to new domains later? Do you repeat the same procedure again and again?
Change the content structure to have great blogs rather than buying new domains copying content, redirecting etc.

Thanks I agree with you. but my domains have only 2-3 articles. (If i make good content on old domain and send reconsideration request it will take months and 50% chance it will not work)

Please anyone ? Advise ???

If WMT says "Thin content with little or no added value" then it means your website pages are built with:

1. Automatically generated content
2. Thin affiliate pages
3. Content from other sources. For example: Scraped content or low-quality guest blog posts
4. Doorway pages

To fix you'll need to:

1. Check for content on your site that duplicates content found elsewhere.
2. Check for thin content pages with affiliate links on your site.
3. Check for doorway pages or auto-generated content on your site.
4. If your site contains any of these types of content, think about whether your site provides significant added value for your users.

Improve your website so that it provides significant value for your users.

Once you're sure your site is no longer in violation of Google webmaster guidelines, request reconsideration of your site. After you've submitted a reconsideration request, be patient and watch for a message in your Webmaster Tools account — Google'll let you know when they've reviewed your site.

Thank you @SKY

I agree with your all points. In my case Content is rewritten only. (Just like news ) Only 3-4 Rewritten articles ranking from past many months. Blog on Mirco niche blog. Now Please answer my real question...

Make a new domain with new content; do not use the old content.

301 the old domain to your new domain.

@Diesel1

""301 the old domain to your new domain""

Are you sure penalty will not transfer to new domain ?

.
Penalty for backlinks transfer

I haven't as yet seen a penalty for thin content transfer

If you have this warning, the best way to solve this is to remove the thin content pages and you can add new unique content Or replace the thin content with original content you write, or other types of content you can add. Whether it is videos or some other type of multimedia that makes the site interesting.

Better get an old domain that isn't penalized and has some authority and then redirect the one with thin content to that. But make sure you load your new site with lots of high quality content first. Good luck
