Don't bother with SEO Elite.
If you really want software then try SEOnukeX or Scrapebox but be warned both have steep learning curves.
You will find that you need to diversify the type of backlinks you are getting and no software on its own will do that for you.

If you're new, and if your site is new, I'd suggest you try creating links manually, so that you first learn what a "good link" is and how to make them...
