I need to build backlinks to my blog in order to gain traffic and improve ranking...so i need help regarding the several existing ways to obtain backlinks to my blog from a good PR blogs..

Your questions is too broad, as alternatesword stated, use the search box, I will add that you might want to search for people's journals that describe their own process step by step and learn from it.

Always remember to "take everything with a grain of salt" some of the information is down right harmful so whatever you do, start small, test it and then expand.
