Does anyone know of a good provider for rotating residential proxies that gives unlimited bandwidth per month? All i've found so far are ones that charge by the GB.

Why do you want to find the rotating residential IP proxies with unlimited bandwidth?!
Frankly speaking, If you the residential proxy provider offer unlimited bandwidth, the IPs are likely to be spammed already, even worse then datacenter IPs in my view.
Especially for some small pool providers, I write a post on my blog about "rotating proxies" which added both datacenter and residential IP, I would like to choose a fresh datacenter IPs than a small pool with unlimited bandwidth.
BTW, If your project to not face some big website. it's not the issue, but if for google, amazon those projects, I still suggest you avoid...
