back linking -- domain or page?

when I am creating my links should u set them to the domain or include the index dot html as well?

send them to yoursite.com, no need for link to index.html.

Yep, just the domain root for the home page.

You need links to your subpages as well though. All links just pointing to home page isn't natural.

Use the root link, links pointing to the /index.html are not a good idea, can cause some duplicated content issues, losing a lot of the benefit. Push links to your internal pages as well to strengthen the overall domain, ensuring that your link building campaign also appears more natural.
