We are modifying our linking structure a bit....here is the new image. If it looks familiar thats because it is. The main difference is that each submission the sites are rotated so that the linking is not the same.
It is working very well for the niche we tested this on...traffic has tripled in one month.
Hope you like the image below as you can see we only focus on the money site and sites A & B....these are the places we expect to get traffic from. Take for example ezinearticles, we are getting a 15% CTR from our article views to the money page....I like those kind of numbers. 10% is a good number to shoot for.

by the way JVmarket for what criteria do u look for doing keyword research, it has been pretty hard for me to find lingtail keywords that have less than 20000 "competition" and 100 phrase match searches... and do u look at the broad, phrase, or exact match... and what competition do u look for...

olm....your observations are spot on....everything you see is by design
as for the keywords
one of the current keyword phrases Im targeting
3 words
134,000 phrase match results
1012 allintitle results
last I checked it gets about 135 searches per day
we own 7 of the top ten results
it generates approx $500/month
Now all keywords convert as well but they are all close to these parameters.

of course i think this is the hardest part of affiliate marketing is keyword research i think it makes or breaks u in fact...so im just trying to perfect this keyword research using the market samurai... it is a great tool but u have to use it correctly of course... forgot 1 more thing as far as comment BLs do u get anyof these and if so do u try to get comment BLs for each and every site in all your partial wheels or just the main hubs in the wheels...

olm75....there is no cookie cutter method to choose keywords, thats one of the big lies out there. There are keywords with 20K phrase results that are hard to rank for and there are keyword phrases that have 200K that are easy to rank for. There are many variables to keyword research...it takes practice.
Like said about the diagram...everything in it is by design....stop trying something to copy and modify what others are using.
If you have not noticed we change what we are doing every 6 months or so...sometimes its a minor tweak others we revamp the system.
Thats one of the reasons I can share what we do....by the time most people implement it we are doing something different.
Following the masses is not for us

This is probably my biggest question. The software you're using costs money, and you probably have to provide it to the workers. So how do you allocate software to workers?
And any suggestions for finding good people? It's hard, very hard!

Yes...we own a lot of software some we buy some we make and its all provided to our employees. Employees are hired to perform specific tasks...some of them will evolve and do more but most stay at the position they are hired for.
Where do we find them? All over...I've stolen some from Agents of Value, Craigslist PI, rent-a-coder, scriptlance...and so on.
We go through about 10 to find one good one.
