Its been a while since I've stopped in at BHW and this thread - and still, hands down - this is the best thread going.

As for paying $50 for your process - count me in!

Folks - I've had several phone calls with JV and his partner - talking and sharing ideas about site-building, autoblogs, bh seo, and most importantly -- *Making Money* -- and this guy really knows his business.

I've taken the concepts from the original backlink diagram and all throughout this thread, and my email and phone conversations with JV - and taken brand new sites to the #1 position on google, drove converting traffic from web 2.0 sites to my money page, and started making money with these sites.

More important than all this is that I've built a framework that will scale up with each site I add and each process I'm able to automate. I've been using one-off task outsourcers from the Services For Sale forum here, and elsewhere - and I'm about to hire my first virtual assistant to outsource the work to on a full time basis. The most difficult and laborious part of all of this has been documenting my process, to use as instructions for my outsourcers. The key to my success with using outsourced services is to have my process documented so that I can just turn it over to them, and let them loose on it.

Buying this from you will be a bargain. Count me in, and let me know when I can buy my copy.

The bigger the markets the better.... For me personally, I like to attack big markets with lots of competition... In big markets, you can find long tail keywords pretty easily if you dig enough... Product names and brand names is something you should possibly think about

so what you are saying is dont be affraid to attack something like loose weight but just find the long tails... and stay away from lets say chicken coop building...

Imagine if you own 18 of the top 20 results for a given keyword. We get all the traffic to either our content published on web 2.0 sites or our money sites.

The trick is to convert the traffic fro the web 2.0 sites to your money site.


On a side note....if you expect to see huge results in 30 days you will be disappointed most of the time. On a few occasions we have had good results with in a couple days but most of the time it takes a little while to get the money site ranked well...until it ranks well you get traffic from the web 2.0 sites.

We shoot for a 10% ctr from our web 2.0 properties to the money site...if that is not the case we tweak the resource box to improve the call to action.

Perhaps our philosophies are just different then... I usually set up an authority review site in big competitive niches with lots of buyers and traffic... I mainly use the web 2.0 sites to just provide links back to the product review pages on my authority site as well as the home page itself... This strategy has worked very well for me so far. However, when doing it this way, I don't spend too much time worry about keywords for the link wheels... I just pump out articles after articles with different anchor text linking to all pages on my site.

I would love to own 18 out of 20 positions in Google, but usually that is not going to happen with the competitiveness of my markets... Quite often I'll get maybe 2 or 3 pages in the top 10 (if the keyword is not too competitive), but keep in mind that the keywords I go after are pretty competitive and aren't easily dominated with web 2.0 sites, ezine articles, etc.... I like to shoot for the stars

Yes exactly... Some markets are competitive for a reason, because there's money to be made! Big markets like weight loss have tons of long tail keywords if you look around... Especially when you consider that there's like a bazillion different product names for different weight loss products.

I ONLY attack the biggest niches, and I've never had a site that failed. I usually have the goal of getting my home page to rank for the most competitive "buying term" in the niche, and I rank for all the long-tail and product review terms in the meantime.

I usually do static html sites, as I have more control over layout and design. However, if a particular market shows promise, I'll then create one or more blogs in the same niche targeting the same keywords that have already proven to be profitable.

ddasilva makes some very valid points with his post and there is a lot of money to be made that way.

Our process with linkwheels is different than what dd is doing which is how this game is played. Take the ideas that are here and start creating your own process. You have to do it...look at the results....then modify where necessary.

One thing that gets missed is the fact that depending on your budget and the time you have to commit to the project you may not be able to do everything you learn here. Thats why our processes continue to change...the more people we hire and get trained the more we can do.

Those that are a one man show (like I was when we started) lay out a plan then follow it. Focus Focus Focus....thats the ket too success.

On a different note....I'm sorry I have not answered the PMs I've gotten the past few days...Unfortunately time is a problem for me right now. When I get some free time I will try and answer your PMs.

To the person who sent me the site to look at...I dont want to show your site here in the forum without talking to you but I would suggest you post it here and get some feedback on what would make it convert better.

It will be a while before I can really look at it like it needs to be....and dont worry about someone stealing your niche....most people are busy with their on sites.

Just a thought...besides there are some very smart people here besides myself that could provide some excellent suggetions.

Much of the linkwheel, so does the sequence of doing rss feed, social booking, and pinging of the web2.0 sites matter?

to us it does....we follow most of the guidelines in senuke for the sequence. Funny you should ask this question....we are in the process of creating work instructions for our employees that covers this topic.

think about it in a logical way....you're web 2.0 content needs to be indexed prior to bookmarking....

if you sit down and draw out a plan on paper most of this becomes common sense.

Ok...thought I would post some stats from a brand new site. This first image shows the total visitors for the site...if you look at the steady rise in traffic that came after we submitted 3 content packs.



This second image shows where some of the traffic came from....you'll notice I blacked out the niche...(sorry this is one of our news ones that will bring us some money)

These are from one day!



for those that dont put much stock in getting traffic from the web 2.0 or article sites....might want to rethink that position.

On a side note...I got the first 4 videos done that show what we do...

great im really looking forward to the vids JV... but i finally figured out what i wasnt doing right... i didnot look for buying terms when i was using MS, and i need to make a linkwheel for all my pages and make sure i do a wheel for all my catergory terms too... i was just making 1 wheel for my money site for just the 1 term and then i would make couple of sub wheels...
