So basically Im building up a so called "Babes" Page (20k) with random hot chicks from Instagram / Web.
Of course I dont got the YES from every single girl I post. But the pictures are on the WWW so .. ?

What does Instagram think of sites like that?
Instant ban when they find them? Or do they just delete the single posts when somebody says its them?

Thanks guys.

If you just share from other IG accounts that you follow, then that is fine. That is the idea of IG.

As for random images from poor beautiful saps arond the World? I expect that would be shut down.

Not sure how experienced you are in this (the beauty of an open forum lol), but I'm going to iterate, and my experience has been the opposite of this.

OP is asking about whether Instagram will delete photos.

First, copying images from other IG profiles is not the idea of IG. I received a cease and desist letter last week for doing so. This wasn't from IG, this was from the original content poster under another username on IG. However, again, this is not the question at hand. The OP wants to know about IG deleting photos. The photos remained after this, IG didn't delete anything or get involved even though the images were likely reported several times, but to avoid legal battles, we removed the images ourselves.

If you're copying random image from randoms on other websites, same risk, but you could do it anonymously to avoid C&Ds.

However, to address your concern on whether IG will delete images or not, generally they don't care about other people's content from other websites. For example, ripping YT content to IG and vice versa. Google and Facebook don't really give a fuck about each other. They don't like each other, and will not limit content on their own platform so users leave to go to the consequent platform.

Confusing maybe, but that's my experience. Not a lawyer.

Thanks for this.
So you received a REAL LETTER not some email?
How did they find your address? Or was that some kind of personal account of you?

Because the complete account of mine is pretty much anonymous. (Fake Insta, Fake Mail, Posting through Webpanel)

Email - give it a few days and I'll let you know if I get a mail letter too. I never know how they find addresses, but usually there's a trail, somewhere.

Yes please be so kind and inform me if it happens. Thanks a lot.
Nothing really runs on any real personal details so im not too scared. But you never know.

No, you get me wrong, I mean if you follow somebody their photos will show on your IG.

I am not talking about copying them and reposting.

Look at @tfmgirls, they're essentially running a community page that bolsters their submissions popularity. Maybe run with that angle?
