You need to target people that want to follow these babe accounts, once you have the right targeted audience its easy. Just follow and unfollow
Before the horrible instagram update my babe accounts where growing 1k/3k new followers a month per account, when the accounts reach a amount of 2k/3k followers i sell them for $65 each. ( not on here )

In my opinion The easiest way is upload manual videos with babes and you will grow up your acc very fast

Maybe do a comparison of how how he would do if he were to play today. Join some baseball facebook pages such as the APBA Baseball page many of them love historical simulations and might be interested in a babe page.
