Hello friends,
Thank you for your kind attention. Please do read and let me know your recommendations. I do really appreciate it.

I am running a service provider website related to health niche. my website is 3 months old, hosted in namecheap and using namecheap free email service that comes with the domain and hosting.
I do not have money to buy their professional email or google workspace.
My email sending limit is around 10- 15 per day and email copy is very short and does not include any links or spam words.
I have collected prospect emails from apollo.io and verified those emails with never bounce and snov.io
email addresses are warming up progressively for 3 weeks now and i have attached the email deliverability report below.
it shows all mails to free and business microsoft emails goes to spam but i tested with my own business and free microsoft mails which are landing to inbox.
I wanna know how to improve this to get out of spam box in microsoft mail.
I have sent around 150 emails so far and i got no response at least to requesting remove their email from my list.
I have filtered the prospects one by one very carefully and verified. each email is personalized to each recipient.
first cold email is not focused on getting a sale, just want to start a conversation. that's all.
I am really in need of getting an order as soon as possible.
please do let me know what i am doing wrong and what can i do to get at least one response. thank you so much.
sorry about my bad english.

Hi, that's a good one but on the free scale you still have more room than 10 to 15 emails a day.

1. You can explore Gmail and send emails through such accounts, create new ones to match your business emails so jasonsmith12services@ Gmail, with varying numbers at the end could be a good example. You can set up 5 to 10 and warm them up since you did successfully warm other emails for 3 weeks. Read more about warming and Gmail usage. As best as possible use maximum of less than 10 or even 5 in your BCC that's if you want to use that else individual use is great.

2. Since you mentioned namecheap then you already have hosting and you can have a domain for less that $2 on namecheap and free install of WordPress then I'd advise you run FluentCRM plugin the free version can do great delivery as well just don't abuse it or ruin it as delivery can easily go to spam but if you warm if together with your Gmails above you have a recipe for success.

3. Once you can afford proper emailing service go for it, test MailChimp or Brevo etc there's a reason they're still in business irrespective of what many can say about them. So as far as you can make ROI and use any service keep at it.

4. Lastly, BHW marketplace is definitely a recommendation else this would be incomplete, so make the best use of the search find people who can deliver emails for you since you already have a clean list, find tools as will for sending yourself and even more leads all from the marketplace.

All the best, success awaits us all if we don't give up. So cheers to you and everyone else trying to make something positive, building a business or just plain moving in life whatever the obstacles...

Most of the updates and often complex regulations when it comes to stricter rules for email delivery, especially after December 2021 were meant to prevent exactly that, to make it too easy to cold email en masse.

Without going into too many details - if you want to cold email effectively, even with a lower volume, you will need a somewhat basic, professional setup.

IP blacklist may be connected with the fact that Namecheap probably resells some basic start up hosting package, and the IP may be compromised from shared use, you shouldn't be sending from an IP where you have no control over its reputation.

The key question missing is the origin of the emails - are they just scraped or is there any prior connection with the recipients?

Can you please tell me how to set it up. I am going to get microsoft 365 business account now. does it solve this. i scraped the emails from apollo.io so those are cold mails with no prior connections.

Do you mean i have to create a few emails and then send through those gmails or i have to connect my domain generated emails to google mails like google workspace.
I checked mailchimp and brevo which seems to be not allowing to send cold emails
can you please specifically say what those people should do in blackhatworld marketplace? do they send emails behalf of me using their emails or i have to create new email accounts with my domain and give them to the senders.
Many thanks.

I can not belive the coincidence - I am literally facing the same situation with namecheap privateemail, just a different niche - nothing helped so far I hope it is different for you

do you use their professional email service or the free roundcube emails that comes with domain and hosting?
ARE you using this? https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/email/

I think it's high time you use AI like DeepSeek (it's free and efficient equivalent to some premium) to help with some of the steps and questions you're asking.

As mentioned below

I can advise you can also run this through a solid AI service and you'll get a useful list of best practices to follow.

But the three most important points:

1) get a proper business email with the domain of your business (such as to use google workspace) that should assure the sender is deemed legit, if you run it on an email using the domain from your cheap hosting plan, that can get flagged / blacklisted etc. easily

2) get an affordable ESP - some may even offer free test plans that could cover your list, if it's not too large

3) if it's just scraped email list, then the open rate will be low by default,

I'm getting so many promotional emails, apparently written by AI, followed up by AI, my email scraped by AI - they try to sound personable, they get delivered to the promotions folder, but I don't waste time opening it as it's mostly a clickbait trying to sell me a service that I don't need.

The rest is hard to evaluate without knowing: what's the offer, what is the subject line, template and copy etc.

i am using the free trial that comes with namecheap domains with privateemail

As i know when it comes to shared hosting those ip's are bad and blacklisted because of mass cold mailers.

The main issue may be your new domain reputation, not the email copy. microsoft is strict with newer domains and shared email hosting. Keep volume low, check SPF/DKIM/DMARC and test different subject lines and CTAs. if 150 personalized emails got zero replies, review the offer and targeting too, not just deliverability
