it's tanking man.. there would be tons of managers who would look for scholars. Or you can basically just become one since it is cheap now. But be aware that you might not be able to recover your investment in the coming months as I predicted it would go lower in the next 2 months or so.
But why is it terrible?

If you are just into making money, why don't you use yield farming instead? If you are really interested with the game, I don't think the cost will put you off.
