AX Semantics alternative?

Hey BlackHats,

Is there a cheaper alternative? For a guy with an idea way too expensive.
I need a tool for creating scalable texts. It needs multi-language, text updates, many text variations and more.
So all in all a software to automate content generation for more than one website with data from a database.
