what happen to aws now? they changed the rule of creating new account?

before november i succesfully created aws account and got 8-32 vCPUs.
and in november i still successfully created new account but all the vCPUs limit always 8.
and now december, all aws that i created always got hold or suspended.

any idea how to create new aws account now?

I'm having the same problem. Did you find a solution?
 
I'm having similar problems and can't figure out why, tried many different things to fix it. Any thoughts?

Of course, that's the first thing to change if something stops working. The thing is, the standard methods seem to have stopped working. I could be wrong, of course

I also encountered the same problem recently. I'm working on it. I'm about to go crazy.

I didn't do it this year, but I did it a few years ago. They will tell you that you need to verify your identity so you need to send proof of ID or something like that. But maybe something has changed and they will actually give some clue (although I doubt it)
 
they started even putting the accounts on hold or suspend now more then ever
 
I am also face this same issues. I create 8 and 32 Vcpu but after that they banned me. Now, I buy from protonvcc.com.
 
Facing the same issue, the card I used before keep asking for second identity verification steps.

Hello, I am also experiencing this problem.
When the account is suspended, I submit the necessary documents, but they still do not open it.
 
Hello, this is more problematic than ever! impossible to create a virtual windows server! cell tells me that there is an error on 3 AWS accounts. Don't forget to listen to this Linux Ubuntu service or others!!! and now there is a silent xump system that continues to operate normally. If you need to ask me for direct feedback, use my credits to reuse a virtual server on windows. Lightsail no longer works correctly. THANKS
 
AWS will ask for verification now, i.e. ID and card photo.

yeah I think they are strict now or issue with your payment method
