AWS MTurk alternative for forum account creation

Hey! Mturk is pretty strict, tasks like forum account creation get blocked pretty quick. Which alternative are you using to create forum accounts? How much would you pay a clickworker per account?

Did you try microworkers or sproutgigs. Is that you need only US workers ? If you need international workers the sites cost like 10-15 cents / account. If it's a tier 1 country it will cost between 30 - 50 cents / account.
