I used aws in the past and it was very easy to use and a year ago it became difficult and accounts are locked a lot and identity proof is required
what is wrong
I tried to open an account with a proxy and a card from the epn site that contains a dollar, which is what is required to create a free account, but it takes 5 minutes and this message is sent to me

What do I do to create a free aws account without locking?

you need residential proxy and same country payment methods.

Why is it that when the American number is confirmed, the code is not sent, and when choosing any other country, it is sent

I used an American residential proxy and an American card, and the account was locked
