AWS Free Account Creation?!

One year ago I created an AWS Free Tier account on Amazon, it worked great for one year, then it got shut down.

Last week I created a REAL new Credit Card to make another AWS account but as soon as I finished the sign-up process I got hit with the email "AWS Account on Hold, Immediate Action Required" and they asked to send them a fax with my utility bill that had my name and address on it.

I realized then, they knew this computer created an account a year ago, but I don`t understand how, the IP address was different, even different Internet supplier, deleted the cookies and the history of my browser and still got that error because they somehow knew this PC made another account a year ago.

I made yet ANOTHER credit card with another bank, and now I`m gonna ask here for advice on how to do this without spoiling this credit card too. How do I create a free account without getting the "Account on Hold" error? Did I miss something when I created that account?

Bump? Any thoughts on how I can create the account without getting the email and them blocking my CC?

Run a virtual machine with vmware (free). Buy an internet data dongle with dynamic IP, so that you can get a fresh IP every time you connect.
With this setup, you should not be detected. Also, your address needs to be different as well. Maybe put another address from the same city, most cards only require the ZIP code to match (you could ask your bank or test with another site to make sure).

Your phone number should also be different so just get a prepaid number for 1 time verification. And they could link you by your name as well but if everything else is different it shouldn't matter as many people share names. Some cards don't require to match the name but it really depends.

They basically keep everything about you in their database and if there's enough matches you get flagged. And if they find another account of yours that has unpaid balance or was shut down, even if you send them the utility bill they won't give you another trial. So the only way is to make a completely stealth account.

Amazon aws accounts creation isn't easy, especially if you are from Tier 3 countries these days

They not only put suspend aws account , but also, they put on hold microsoft Hotmail Email Account associated with it, even if you use legit credit cards and real information alongwith even with different IP's to create it
Since local Amazon authorities discourage account creation from those countries in fear of possible misuse
I think Better solution is to buy aws account, if you need them

Would Kali Linux on a thumb drive used in Live Mode work for this as would VMWare?

The address is the same, but previous times one of my friends used a fake address and it worked, it seems they don`t care about the address as much as the name being the same with the one on the CC and the 1 dollar fee, that`s pretty much what they care about, or at least that`s how it was before. Also, I don`t know if they can actually see the address because they don`t require the CCV, they only make a request on the bank for the 1 dollar fee.

I'm sure it would work but if you have resources just download a windows 10 legal iso file and install it as it will look way more natural. It's simply if you don't look like a regular person wanting to use their trial they will block you. Fake address it depends, if you are using USA address then they can most likely check if it's real for example. Just go to google maps and grab any real address. The problem is that your bank can block the card, amazon sends the address and IP and other information for your bank to decide if they want to authorize it. Also there are many virtual cards that work with amazon so if you fail there are options other than opening new bank accounts.

So using a fake address can make my bank block the 1 dollar auth. Well that seems quite likely, thanks, I actually did not think of it like that. I`ll give it a try with a virtual machine with windows 10 and post the results here. Thanks.
