The hardware related fingerprints of AWS, Azure, etc VPSs are already all flagged by Google Ads algorithms, as "high risk" / "suspicious". So, even inside of an AWS vps, nowadays, you will have to use an anti-detect browser such a multilogin, etc in order to spoof the relevant fingerprints.

That's not entirely accurate as you can run Win7 .iso on an instance that is client side OS.
AWS, Azure, Vultr, etc all are working for Google Ads provided a 4G proxy and antidetect browser are used and proper foundation is setup prior to, during and after Google Ads account creation.

No, now a days aws is getting suspension with google ads. They are figuring out with aws instances.

These days, avoid using a VPS. But, different people may have conflicting results depending on their respective overall method used, because apart from VPS or no VPS, there are lots of other factors as well in play. So, one may use VPS and get good results and another person would get good results without using a VPS.

So far now, creating threshold account is Aws, azure and vultr has a high chance of suspension. (I try it several time). You can switch to gologin.
