AWS EC2 Instance help

And i used to connect with ssh but sometimes server is unresponsive and not connecting to ssh. is any alternative for server with free tier or should i need to upgrade the server?

It has happened to me that when I force it by installing Docker and some Next.js containers, I can't access it via SSH, but it's due to the heavy load I'm putting on it
