AWS Account did not charge my vcc

i try creating US aws account and my identity is verified they said, but charge for $1 does not happen to my US VCC, and when i try using free tier service, its say not supported for my region..
really weird, its working 2 days ago, my vcc got charged for $1 but no for now.

is aws facing issue or something?

Maybe there is no more money on the vcc? then it will just charge whatever card you have on file, even if it's not US.

Its a technical glitch. Try making account again, it should work
