It depends on what niche you plan to use with them.

If you plan to use the Crack/Hacks niche then forget about it.

If you plan to use a whitehat niche then give them a try, but also try other networks and see how they compare.

I've never heard of anyone having problems with AdWork Media, I've been paid out huge amounts from them in the past - great network!
