http://www.tattoo.com allows article and blog posting with DO-Follow backlinks. i have posted several over the past weeks with ease and they stick.
just passing the info along for you backlinkers. the do follow backlinks can be repeated on multiple pages with multiple articles, blogs entries, etc. i havent posted on the forum yet though.
