Hi,
I've been using Aweber but 20% of my subscribers are unverified this is due to Aweber not being able to handle a lot of people signing up in a short period of time, thus making the confirmation email not sent out for days, which leads to people not being able to verify there email.
Its BullS**t and i've contacted there support numerous times, at first they tried telling me they had sent out all the confirmation emails and i new they hadnt as i had tried signing up to myself from 5 different email addresses and not a single one received a confirmation email.
They then released there was a glitch with there system and now everything should be ok.
It wasnt ok and so they said due to the high amount of signups it was delaying the confirmation email.
Anyway this service is rubbish and i need something better that can handle a decent amount of sign ups in a short space of time, we aint talking alot here only a few hundred a day.
Anyone know of a better service? I've heard of mailchimp but dont know much about them.
