Aweber - Debit cards don't work?

im trying to sign up for aweber using my visa DEBIT card, and its giving me an error saying incorrect credit card info. i checked aweber and it said it allows visa debit cards.. so why isnt mine working? (yes i put info correctly, and nothing wrong with my debit card).
