Aw man! Godaddy spam complaints?

Is there any way around this mess , hosting experts? I finally rig up a system to do some mailing, etc. All seems ok, but now I get some nasty notice from gd about just one domain i have. kinda confusing because I don't even mail with this domain anymore

I don't care if they freeze or "take" my domain, but I just don't want to lose my entire account. I've been now reading on google that godaddy is some major pains with "spam complaints". Is there somewhere else i could use as a registrar that isn't so anal?

the other thing is i wonder if it's a competitor or someone just sending fake complaints trying to make life hard for me.
