avsubmitter .. Does this still work?

Basically it's software to mass upload videos to tube sites.
I was wondering if this still works, and if not, is there something to replace it?

It's baffling me everytime this kind of "Is XYZ dead?" appears without even testing it first hand.

From what I see it's not dead, but you need to understand how to adjust the settings accordingly to get successful submission.
