Avoiding PBN to be found out on Google

Hey,

It seems like an obvious good practice not to put your PBN websites on Google services like analytics or adsense.

However, keeping track of all the information with google docs is so convenient. If I would move some of my PBN info there would/could they use it as a basis for identifying the whole network?

The Zoho free plan is almost identical to Google Docs, and Microsoft has a free online version of Excel.

It's debatable whether Google has cross-talk between their webspam team and other services, or will in the future, but using an alternative provider eliminates the risk entirely.

Is there any particular reason why this info has to be online? Why can't you just use excel, if you are not sharing data with anyone else?

The webspam team does not have access to your docs, they don't have access to your mail, they don't have access to your photos. I know some people are totally paranoid about everything offered by Google, but it's just paranoia without any reason. Google scritcly separates the teams for different products and the search guys don't have any access to any data not directly ralted to search. That's not my guess, but first hand information.

Thank you very much. You answered my question. It's only relevant if I do want to share the info on the docs with someone. Aside from that Excel is perfectly fine.

But will this still be true next year, or in ten years?

The issue isn't with what they can access now, the issue is with who has authority to change the policies. By using separate providers, there's a physical gap between the groups accessing each set of data. But with Google, the sole protection is a corporate equivalent of a pinky swear.
