Hi,

There are many threads on here talking about using:

- Different IP
- Virtual Box
- Reskinned source code
- Fresh VCC

and so on to open an account.

They are all right you should do that, but I am here to share something else from experience that is 99% true. I created 3 accounts the right way with the methods always mentioned. I uploaded 2 reskinned apps that were banned before on 2 of the accounts and left the 3rd one empty with no apps. One of the accounts got banned 5 days after uploading the reskinned app and the other got banned after 15 days of the app being under review. The last account that had no apps in it didn't get banned and it is still live. I did everything as listed, but my source code wasn't fresh it was only reskinned and I mean I really spent hours changing variables, etc.

The conclusion is that Google can and most likely will detect any source code that has been used before. There is % of similarity that if you go over it you will be instantly banned. I don't think the problem is using the same Android Studio at all if the project/app is fresh and done from scratch by you. The biggest problem is the source code.

i used all thing and also i have custom code therefore my 2 account suspended.
