Are there any best practices for avoiding spam filters? I've tried a lot of things like varying domain name, message content, using dedicated IPs, and a message sending warm up. But after all that, google always lowers our domain reputation and Conversely, sendgrid's reputation score seems pretty useless. The spam report rate is ~0.08%

It seems like building up a reputation for email marketing is very difficult now, particularly with gmail addresses.

I'm sending ~100k emails a day through sendgrid shared ips, but most are ending in the spam folder (particularly any to gmail). Any tips or advice here? Any expensive solutions?

I dont do it much now but till few months back, i used to use edu email account for gmail delivery, I used to rotate approx. 500 edu and 500 gmail account everyday and used to send 200-500 email per email id. It was working all good.

Bro.... it is all in the set up of your server and records then from there it is using clean data. For instance do you check the bounce rate of your email list before sending?

That's a good idea. I'll try that next.

Why are you using shared Ip to send emails? This is one of the ways to get flagged & end up in spam bin of receivers. Use dedicated ip of Sendgrid & then try sending mate., Google has already made stricter limits if sending from 3rd party integrated software. DumbaAAAA
