Hey! I'm looking for payment providers that would accept cards in a niche that will get DMCA for sure as you scale. I wonder if there is a way to constantly have a way out.

I sell anime themed products. I will for sure get dmca(one of my biggest competitors got flagged recently, he removed all anime related things from his site and also his paypal gateway). But now I see he is back in the business with a paypal gateway.

Is there a way to create multiple paypal accounts ready without a company to accept payments. and when you get blocked switch to another one?

Or are there payment providers that don't require a company to accept card payments? At least in the first phase, so you can withdraw normally till you get flagged for review and then switch.

The answer to this questions seems obvious by default. But I would be really grateful for workarounds.

When you are saying you will get a DMCA is that due to Chargebacks?

Americans and Europeans. I don't care about giving refunds sometimes, it's part of the business, I want to operate as a legitimate business, but have protection agains dmca to the payment provider

What's your chargeback rate + Volume?

If I got you right, this sounds more like a high-risk processing issue than a PayPal rotation issue. I worked pretty closely with this stuff for some time, so if you want I can send you a bunch of processor options. For card processing doing it without a company is usually not realistic. Most serious providers will want a legal entity and normal KYC. If you want to start without a company, crypto is probably the easier route. Some crypto processors are more flexible, especially at lower volumes and may allow lighter KYC and may not require a company
