We have a reaction video channel, where we react to songs, music videos, etc. Right now, to avoid copyright claim detection, we basically have to pause the video every 10 seconds for audio detection and, if we're doing a music video, we have to add an overlay with text for audiovisual detection.

I was wondering if anybody knows any methods we could use to modify the sound and visual, so that to the human ear and eye it sounds and looks similar to the original but it avoids the auto detection. Maybe changing the pitch of the sound a bit, or something like that.

And just to clarify, we're not trying to steal and reupload someone else's content. It's just the people complain about the pause frequency and overlay text, so I would like to reduce the pauses to at least every 15 seconds, or ideally 20 seconds, and reduce the overlay text, to improve the quality of our videos

Thanks

This is very difficult since YouTube's system is quite strict, playing with the pitch of the audio is a good idea - you should try that and see if it has any effect. Good luck!

I think pitching audio doesn’t work anymore unfortunately
