How do you tell what a doorway page is or how to avoid making one? (while still selling affiliate products etc).

Good list. Small quantity of high PR backlinks is the way to good. Bulk gets you caught under most circumstances

Is there any tool to detect keyword stuffing inside content?
I have some main keywords like 40 times in a row but between the keywords are terms like "keyword is good for blabla" and "keyword has a blue bla bla" etc etc.. that also seen as stuffing? Don't mind me if its stupid quesion ;)
