Avoid to VeRo ?

Hello ,
I'm quite new in eBay . I'm offering marketing services here on eBay and have a big problem . Everytime when I create listing of marketing service .... my listing is visible for 2 days then get message and ebay remove my listing .

"Your listing was reviewed after receiving a report from the rights owner that your listing used their trademark without their permission. We urge you to contact the rights owner directly for more information about why they requested the review of your listing and whether you can relist the item."

Is any way or trick how to avoid this situation , please ?
For example ?
1.Use images in description instead of texts ?
2.Use correct words in title ?

you could try those but eventually itll get taken down. perhaps you should sell normal things and build up the account first

Yep, first what you should do is to build history. Buy some cheap items from China and sell them on ebay, get some feedbacks and then try again to list your service
