Avoid Suspension due to Aggressive Following (Tutorial)

Twitter has following limits of 1000 people per day, but still you get suspended for aggressive following even when you're well inside the limits. I have two twitter accounts with more than 100k+ followers which i grew from mass following but never got suspended even though i used to follow 1000 users per day. the trick is to Follow 120-180 users per 1 hour or 1.5 hours. For example follow 150 people and then wait for an hour or so and then again follow 150 people, repeat this until you hit your daily limit. This method with save you from getting suspended due to aggressive following.

There are so many factors involved when doing it on a larger scale. Most of us know this stuff, although if someone opens a new account and tries to do it the way you described immediately afterwards they will get suspended right away.
 
Honestly i got an account with 55k followers at the moment and i'm following 1k daily EVERY DAY with followliker, with a range of 1-2 seconds between each follow so i guess i hit the 1k daily limit in less than 1h 30 min and i haven't got suspended neither any warning so far. It's super aged though. 2010, but i recently started giving it activity

Do you stop just before reaching the 1,000 limit or do you go all the way until you can't follow anymore? Think it might make a difference in how Twitter sees your account?

To be honest, there were only a few times when I've hit the follow limits because i follow people manually and most of the times i might not even reach 1000 per day. (It's ny understanding that you can go as up as Twitter allows and won't get suspended unless you get suspended for aggressive following) In the start i used to get suspended for aggressive following but now i don't because of this method.

I reach the 1000 limit and twitter starts saying that i cannot follow any more ppl. It resets at the next day
 
What is the current solution for suspended accounts if you want to save them?
Is there any service on BHW that can PVA on my Accounts? Anyone that you trust?
I have tried bluestacks and talkatone but I don't receive any Verification code.
 
Very weird I've been following 1,000 people per day all at once and have never got suspended. Guess i should be careful now.
 
I follow 800 every day and don't have problem with suspensions. Just be careful guys and everything will be fine.
