Am I thinking to much into this or what?

I'm getting BRAND NEW PHONE, WITH BRAND NEW US SIM, I live in US and I will be setting up a new TikTok account to warm up.

Will never connect to wifi or same tower where my other accounts are shadowbanned, and will NOT USE any gmail or apple accounts I already have, BUT

can TikTok determine the metadata or anything in my videos/footage that I edit that see it was edited on my PC and link it to my old accounts or not?

Trying to go about this the right way. My main account with 330k followers just get stuck at 300 views every video for over a month now, every new account I make 0 views stuck no restrictions so really lost...

You're not overthinking you're thinking like someone who's been hit and is trying to do it right this time.

You're doing most of it right new device, new SIM, no Wi-Fi reuse, fresh accounts. Good.

But yes metadata can trip you up. TikTok (like most platforms) can read:

Video metadata (render software, encoding settings, file name, timestamps)
Device fingerprints from editing tools
Even audio/video signatures if you're uploading content with the same edit patterns from your PC

Suggestions:
  • Use a new editing workflow or export settings (even change your editor if possible)
  • Scrub metadata with tools like FFmpeg or MetaClean
  • Re-render the video on your phone before upload (with in-app editing or screen-recording it)
Also: avoid uploading “lookalike” content right away TikTok’s algo sometimes sandboxes accounts that feel like "reruns" of banned ones.

Your 330k getting stuck at 300 views = classic shadowban. Any new account linked by any fingerprint (even video style) can inherit that.
Stay stealthy. You're close.

The biggest risk is reusing emails or linking accounts in any way TikTok can track
