Hey, i need to point out a scammer so NONE got SCAMMED like me.
I exchange some emails with scrapeboxsenukevps team before a purchase be made and they told me that i will have my server up and running within 1 hour after the payment and i can ask for a refund within 24HOUR after the purchase if i am not happy.
I did bought their Scrapebox VPS service with 20$ per month and my server was on "pending" mode so waited 20 hours before they reply me on one of many tickets that i had open during this time and they did not even mention why i had to waited so long for a reply but they focus at one particular ticket that i was asking for a refund so they told me i CANT have my refund and without explain why i cant. OFCOURSE server was still at "pending" mode and they didnt have even the courtesy to enable the server so i may stay , they didnt even apologise for the inconvenience.
So to conclusion, i gave away 20$ for a server that right now says "cancelled" after 5 days that was on "pending" from the day one. I have an open case with PayPal that i am asking my money back and i have an email from scrapeboxsenukevps that says i cant get my refund becouse their refund policy says i can ask for a refund only with other services but NOT with Scrapebox VPS.
They change their TOS today so they dont give me money back but i have a printscreen their TOS page the day i made the purchase and i have inform already paypal for this change.
I have met scammer again , many scammers to be honest but never like this one. I cant even begin to understand how low can someone go to avoid give back 20$. They change their TOS to avoid the refund of 20$.
I have every printscreen of everything if someone want me to share them away and admins of the forum dont have a problem with that.
