Uploading someone else's video doesn't grant you copyright ownership. Copyright automatically applies to creative works when they are created.

If you created the content no problem but if you are reuploading you will always get ccopyright strike, you can edit the video to make it look different and unique, intro, different music, effects different order cut some scenes or parts, speed up the video so doesn't look like the original video.
