avoid paypal locked?

i have read a lot about people getting their acocunts locked after aelling on ebay. my question is:
if i open a paypal account with my corporate name and confirm it with my visa card, sohuld i be safe to avoid any limitations and such?

of course, all my sales on ebay are legit.
